About Willbeing

Wills shouldn’t need a law degree to understand.

Willbeing exists because too many people put off writing a Will — not because they don’t care what happens to their family, but because the whole process feels designed to confuse them. We think deciding who looks after your children and what happens to your home shouldn’t require a translator.

So we explain everything in plain English, price everything clearly upfront, and are honest about what is and isn’t regulated — including when that means telling you something unflattering about our own industry.

What we believe

Plain English, always

No legal jargon, no fine print you need a dictionary for. If we can't explain a decision in a sentence you'd say out loud, we rewrite it until we can.

No pressure

We explain why something matters before we mention what it costs. There's no countdown timer, no "only 2 left", no upsell dressed up as advice.

Honest about regulation

Will writing isn't SRA-regulated, and we say so clearly rather than burying it in small print. Where a service is genuinely regulated — like life insurance — we're upfront about who's responsible for it, and it isn't us.

A document worth keeping

Your Will protects the people you love. It deserves to be treated like something that matters — not a form you rush through to get to checkout.

Ready when you are.

Most people finish a Single Will in under 20 minutes — and you can always save your progress and come back to it.
